I don't know your age or anything (and your personal photo doesn't provide too much info either  ), but from what I see, you draw with a clear idea of where you want to go. Your shading shows potential, too. One little thing, though, you may want to study some more anatomy, that'll give you the ability to draw more dynamic, and less "wooden" characters.
