The satyr is one of my favorite mythological characters. I guess because it is said that they are primal and relish in carnal delights. The satyrs are supposedly lecherous and extremely sexual beings in the most savage sense of the word. In this way I suppose they are a side of ourselves which we mostly suppress. But I must admit, a part of me admires their carefree existence.

He looks a little harsh to be carefree. Good anatomy and pose.

I wouldn't want him to have his way with me *lol* It's a really wonderful picture, your style is great. I wonder what he's pondering to do next? 2

there is nothing dark about freedom from anxiety - repression of gratification was invented to create aggressiveness so that tyrants could raise armies to fight wars - of course now we live in a world where there are just plane too darn many of us and a lot of other factors exist to greatly complicate the issue - the problems are real but there are better solutions then those which surround us and are all too often taken for granted ... ~12

A lecherous pervert, my hero. Looks great, and by the way people, stop nit-picking everything that detracts from the accepted form of mythical beasts. Whose to say they didn't all have horns on their nipples and flaming tails that lit their highly toxic farts? No one! It's an excellent drawing.

Totally aswome. Satyr's are one of the coolest creatures in mythology. I would not mind havin one for a friend. Keep the cool pics coming.
