| 13 Jun 2003 | Jason Ellis | *Jas dings a spoon against a crystal champagne glass to get everyone's attention* (I am about to talk about you in third person, Nee) Attention everybody! I just want to say that I am really thrilled to see Niina's writing published on the net. I encourage you to read the stories she has put up here. She is probably one of the few writers in Wyvern that has developed her own voice in her writing style, and her prose is both easy to read and very emotive. I never have to force myself to read her work, because simply her writing is a pleasure to read. I don't think I will be the only one to describe her use of words and ability to create scenes and pictures in your head, as being beautiful - it is beautiful writing. Even though English is not Niina's first language, she seems to have a natural gift for words. Maybe it is something she inherited from the Runesingers of her Finnish heritage. Lately also, I've noticed Niina making a lot of progress with the themes and plots in her stories, and I know from the kind of energy she puts into her writing that she is only going to go from strength to strength. Perhaps now, it may seem that I am being overly exubriant, but I am a big fan of Niina's writing. And well, you don't have to take my word for it, just read her work... it will be really worth your while! *Jas starts mingling with the crowd at Nee's Wyvern Grand Opening, passing out glasses of champagne and some re-heated fingerfood* Niina Teräslahti replies: "*Takes a glass of champas and sits down for a while to munch some finger food* Gee. Finally here. Eh, Jas? Thank you for the lovely words. That makes a perfect grand opening speech. Thank you so much. I'm still a bit nervous, but I think I'm supposed to be, hih. Anyway, it's very nice to have a library after so much of waiting!" | |

Dylan Thank you, Dylan. As soon as I find time, I'm going to come and read your stories, too. No reason to read anything without concentration. =) | |

| 3 Sep 2003 | Dylan F. Cline | Hey, just thought I'd stop by and let you know that I've finally read all of your stories, and I find that I like Making Amends better than your other two, but all three are great, just in different ways. The thing I found with Making Amends was that it was much easier to connect with. There was more emotion than in the other two, and that makes it better. Anyhow, that's my two cents worth. See ya.
