The light comming from above and beneath is very beautifull also, but the tigers expression gives it all an essence. What a marvellous balance of colours There's something else too - quite fascinating: if you look at the tiger's eyes, they appear to have a calm, serene gaze, but if you look at his face as a whole, the stripes in his fur around the eyebrows lend him a slightly more menacing manner - brilliantly done! =) Nadine Gruly replies: "I truly tried to capture the essence of a real tiger...the hyptonotic eyes but a real sense of predatory power.
