A samurai panda with a passion for alcoholic beverages...not that your image isn't well done or anything, but I just find it interesting how similar the concepts are without any prior knowledge of their character, as it seems to be a rather uncommon combination of concepts. Is that colored pencil by the way? I really like the way the colors blend. Stuart Gormley replies: "No offense taken. I never said I didn't know about the Pandaren, I am addicted to WoW. Its along the same lines that the Taurens are not unique either, they are minotaurs. I had toyed with the samurai-panda years ago due to geographic location, with Pandas and Samurai close in proximity. Blizzard did however make the concept popular to most people, and Sam Didier the artist brought the Pandaren to life in his art." | |
