This is another of Sarah Kustard Billson's excellent characters from her book... that I don't know the name of... hmmm... useless! Thanks to her for letting me draw him. More of the characters from this fantastic tome can be seen on her page including her version of this handsome chap. Done on A3 with a jovial HB mechanical pencil.

Thanks for letting me know of your update Andy! Crackin' drawing! *gives you two thumbs up*

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Two Pound Black Ribbed Knobbler: *bites off thumbs* hmmm.... chewy! Cheers Big Ears!"

Don't feel too useless... I don't even have a title for my story yet! I've got it a third of the way written, but still no title... gah.

Dreducai looks absolutely smashing.... I'm still so thrilled that you wanted to draw my characters! It's really neat to see your characters through someone else's eyes, to see what they interpret. Too cool.

*tackles J. Anette Jallow for stealing the first comment*

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Samaritans: No title eh? What about... the Purple Pig Chronicles? Always a winner! ... or maybe, Shotgun Larry's Daughter?... Death of a Praying Mantis?... Who weeps for Kustard? "

... HOW the hell do you do it! I mean, you like mass-produce art! And every single pic is so incredibly detailed.
And I love the hands on this one, looks at those realistic features on em.
GRRRRRRRRRRR he looks nasty! LET ME GETT'IM GETT'IM!!!!!!

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Mushy Brain: I always thought you were a hand fetish type of gal Jallow... a common feature in world domination obsessed megalomaniacs... Mass produced? yep, I've got a team of smoking monkeys bashing out drawings day and night for me to take credit for. "

Whooooah you can just feel the attitude oozing off the page! Man I love your characterisation, so many artists characters just look like generic copies and clones of one another, but yours just leap off the page, sword in hand ready to cut yerr gizzards! Your characters look like they've LIVED. Why am i being so nice, I'm suprising myself - coz you deserve it (and you promised a pint, this way I'm hoping for two hehehehehehe)

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Slackbladder: I was wondering why you were being so nice aswell?... hmmm, something's afoot... A always assumed there was a hidden beer agenda to your comments Rebecka! Anyway, it worked *hands over a pint of molten lard* Cheers!"

Stunning! Absolutely stunning! I am amazed as always at sheer amount of detail and aura you give your art. This is just so darn beautiful (the art not the guy) that you deserved a mods! Why is there no mods?!!!!!!!

Question: Does your hand ever get tired?

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Flobberknocker: Cheers mate! I think he's quite gutted that he's not beautiful but I'm sure he'll survive... his mum always said he was the most handsome chap in school... The lies! The Lies!!

My hand does sometimes get tired... but it's got nothing to do with drawing..."

Fantastic attention to detail, one of the more alive pensive shots that i've seen.

Again, i love your style.

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Sacrificial Maggot: Thanks a lot Mr Catch! *gets out dictionary and looks up 'pensive'* ah. it's a good thing! Cheers again!"

Oooh don't get on this guy's bad side! Come to think of it, would he have a good side to stay on? Difficult to say! Wow the detail is fantastic!! I always say that, but it's always true! You never fail to impress! Awesome work!

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Flasher: His good side is his left side... but that's only cos he's had a stroke. Thanks a lot Sydney!!"

he's creepy! And very detailed.

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Creep: Mu ha ha ha ha!!"

Aww, there's something about this guy that's undeniably cute. I think it's his eyes. I'm having a Hagrid moment. Sorry about that.

Love the detail! The pose with the popping of the knuckles, and the wonderful armor and the awesome and interesting proportions. He's proportional, but still unique. And the detail! Wow! What talent!

:-) Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Fluffy Bunny: Thank ye very much! Cute?? Cute!?! Don't let him hear you say that! He'll start sucking his thumb and allsorts... bloody pansy that he is!"
