Aaaand the melee, of course >:] This is one killer picture (in ALL meanings of the word ;D)Somehow the pretty colours make the corpses down there look...cheerful... O_o Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Kebab: They are cheerful indeed! who wouldn't be when you've just been impaled with a large sword? Only a fool or a moron m'thinks! | 14 Jul 2005 | Jennifer Russo | Loading...I'd do whatever he told me to do. *nods seriously* Watch your focal points, Guestie! Having too many colors clashing that abruptly can really screw up the way an eye perceives something. It ends up looking messy... But your skills with forshortening and proportion are great. (= Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Trained Chicken: Yep, I've given up on colouring now... although I was getting alright technically with the ol' painting program I still had no knowlegde what-so-ever about all the things you always talk about... focal points, clashing colours, dancing penguins etc etc... I tend to just stick any colour anywhere in a jovial haphazard way... colour selection usually depends on the rarely used 'what colour socks was the milkman wearing today... and what were they doing at the foot of mum's bed' technique... besides I can't get round to the ol' folks house to use their computer very often anyway... Cheers though Jenny, always good to see you loitering around... Marvellous!" | |
| 19 Sep 2006 | Ramona C Bogott | Loading...So does a good beer! I have more fun reading your replies than anything. lol..Ok no crits on the colouring that haven't been said - your shading is great, the colours are a bit strong, but overall, it's a great job. | |
