| 5 May 2005 | Einar 'Shadesnake' Stavik | Loading...Get some? Pie for me? Thanks! Great pic! *eats poison pie* Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Stuffed Chicken: *Waves antidote in front of Einar's face in a very taunting manner* That'll teach you to eat my Mom's home-made Rhubarb Pie." | |
| 13 May 2005 | Alia Honegger | Loading...Rhubarb pie?! Where!? Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Onion Chomper: Here! *Splats it in Alia's face burning her eyes out with red hot chunks of stringy rhubarb* Anyone for Custard?" | |
| 28 May 2005 | Jennifer Russo | Loading...The overdefined features (esp the cheekbone) create a really interesting effect. He still looks very alive, but the accentuated bonelike shapes make him look creepy and a little undead. The composition bothers me color-wise, though, becuse the focal point (the light blue) is in an unusual position in comparison to other spacially placed features. Your choice of where to use true white highlights also seems random. It's definitely a very good piece, though. Keep up the good work! Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Hoffmeister: I know, the colours, focal points and stuff like that are all way over my head. I genarally just sit down and bash a picture out without much of a plan and if things seem to look right I'll stick with em. I'm rubbish with colour, I know that, I just stick em on at random to be honest. Cheers Jen!" | |
| 22 Jun 2005 | Jean-Philippe Savoie | Loading...Very cool drawing. Looks like a guy straight out of a Warhammer rule book. Is he french? Do you speak french? Cause his name seems like a name from France, and french being my first language, I like to meet people speaking it on the Wood, or simply see a french-like character in a great gallery. You truly are a great artist. Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Ignoramus: Lamentably no, I only speak two languages, English and Bad-English. He has got a bit of French ancestory though, or Bretonnian if you like. Cheers JP!!" | |
| 1 Jul 2005 | Jean-Philippe Savoie | Loading...By the way, I made some researches, and Rechelleur truly existed. In fact, Victor-Amédée, Duke of Savoie, took it during the first half of the 12th century and it was entirely razed by the Italians after the local lord JEAN DE RECHELLEUR refused to surrender. Hey! Here's some coincidence. I had to ask my french friend to look in some archaic archives to find that. I think it's pretty funny. Andy Guest replies: "Comment from the Duck Billed Goat: How cool is that??! Brilliant! Glad to here he refused to surrender and was burned to the ground! Cheers Jean... That's so cool!! Marvelous." | |
