It doesn't look right, I think it would be better if painter and photoshop weren't used. Just doing it in pencil, then it would be amazing. Not saying it isn't good-the tail is very pretty, but her face looks a bit 'blocky' I think this is the effect of the computer. Try doing this just in pencil, with no manipulations, just maybe cleaning it up.

If I get time, and if I can find the drawing again (probably lost in the moving boxes) I'll get down to it ^_^."

Beautiful. I have been looking at all 10000 of these mermad pictures, and yours definatly sticks out in my head. This is beautiful. I totally captures the essence of what a mermaid should look like. Keep up the good work.
