No no, you don't understand.. It's not a big official site-wide contest... One member got bored and decided to see who could make some cool effects with psp or photoshop or whatever.. I'm not using it for a banner for my character, and no one will use it as a banner for there character.. If I had any intent on using it in my signature on the site or as a character, I would have asked you. There isn't a money prize in the contest, and if there is a prize for the winner then it's nothing more than an everbane item from their account... I was never planning on using the image for anything else... I honestly thought that you wouldn't mind the least bit, I'm very sorry. I didn't mean any offence by it. And as I said before, I didn't take credit for the art or anything like that. I also wasn't aware that I was violating any copyright laws by adding text to the image. Once again, I apologize, I had no idea that you would react like that. I'll remove it from the contest later today.

I've seen a lot of copyright violation on Everbane, f.ex a girl who says she'll change any image anyone shows her so it will fit their character. Hey! I absolutely LOVE this pic!!!

I'm a member of Everbane (www.everbane.com), a really cool fantasy/medieval role play site. Someone was talking about paint shop pro and how you can make cool banners with it, so they're doing this little contest to see who could make the best banner. People basically edit an image by adding text to it, and possibly some PSP brushes or Adobe filters, then that's the banner.. it's not an actual "contest," but more of a group of friends just playing around with PSP. I LOVE your art and wanted to use it to make a banner... so I did. Lol. Don't worry, I didn't take credit for the art or anything, I was just having some fun by adding in some junk. Anyhoo.. Madeleine Gusdal replies: "Gali, I think you should know that what you have just done is a copyright-infringement, and I don't take lightly on those. I know there's a lot of banners and avatars on RPG's, but I really, really wan't people to ask before using my art, and I never allow changes or croppings that I do not do myself. I'm glad you like my art, but you have really done an awful thing. Having fun and adding junk to a serious artist's art is one of the worst offences you can make against that artist, and not something that says you admire the art. I hope you'll take away the picture from the contest, otherwise I'll have to talk to the webmaster of Everbane. //Madeleine"

AHHhh that is my color bird!!!!!!! Sry you guys have no idea what that is, I am writing a story and that is one of the characters. Anyways that looks just like him!

I really like this alot..the colors on the bird are absolutely great! And i love the sword..or perhaps its a rapier??

Wow... ok, it took me a minute to realize that the thing the bird was perched on was NOT a rusty nail in a fence post, but a beautiful sword hilt! O_o Forgive me, I'm running on sugar, here! Wonderful pic, I love it!
