I love this one but I see many room for improvement(like in all works, there's always something than can be better).
I'll give you some tips and CC:
You've got a great sense of proportion the only issue I see with the anatomy itself here is that the areas bellow the ergots look too small(including the hooves), they should be bigger so the unicorn would be able to stand without loosing its balance. Another thing that doesn't look right to be is its right thigh looks too thick(making it more technical the stifle looks too large). Other than that, the anatomy looks great here.
About the coloring, it's great for a first try so congrats on that. If you want to get better than use some more shading like making the belly and the area around the cheek darker. Also use some highlights on the mane and tail and on the coat as well(that depends on the light source you have). Also try to pull out some of the muscles a bit more so that the Unicorn won't look too 2d.
