Ok, this is my first completely drawn picture since I got back from France. I thought it wasn't that bad. This is Kosta, my first Character drawing.

I really enjoy the shading technique you've used here. No face...very mysterious! One thing, the legs look a bit short, maybe lengthen them. Just remember, that when the arms are stretched out, the tips of the fingers usually fall mid-thigh. Just a thought for an otherwise great character drawing.

:-) Charles Hamel replies: "Well, there was a face at first, for a bout 5 seconds... lol. Hmm, I got a pretty cool dragon mage pic that I'm halfway done, Kosta should make an apearence. I'll be sure not to give him gimpy legs this time =)."

I love the shading and the detail on the material in this piece; the sword is done well, and I LOVE how imposing the character look in this pic.
The detailed paterning on his clothes is also well done! 1

:-) Charles Hamel replies: "Thanks! I was hoping for an imposing look =)."

Kool shading! And I like the black under the hood. Very enigmatic.

:-) Charles Hamel replies: "Hehe Thanks =), yeah the hood is my favorite thing about it."

He's scary! He has no face and he's going to poke at me with his long pointy sword and that's scary! Eeee!
:: runs around like the lunatic she is::
anyways, the legs don't look to bad, being short like they are, because some "tough guy" characters have short legs and big torsos so that they seem.. well.. tough.. so .. Maybe he's just a tough guy! A very scary one! Hehe! 2
Thanks for commenting on my odd little dragon.. 1

:-) Charles Hamel replies: "Yeah, he's pretty though, not scary though... Just imposing =). Yeah, no problemo =)."

A very mysterious look. I like the shading, but the head seems a bit too small. Hahaha! Just my opinion.
