...because I couldn't think of a better title.  This was really a doodle, like other pictures on here...one of those "just plop down some color on a black background and smudge it around" kinda thing. 

Beginning with a lens flare filter in an ooooold version of Micrografx Picture Publisher (BEST...LENS FLARE TOOL...EVAR!!!), I smudged it in Photoshop using a Wacom Intuos  tablet, then compressed it back in Pic Publisher..
