This is a picture of one of my wife's roleplaying characters, Perdita, who chose to enter a dark and dangerous corner of the Empire, and there found herself in enormous danger. This is her in her court garb, wielding her sword, Hellschwert, a blade enchanted with fire.

This is an example of one of my paperdoll images I use when illustrating characters for my roleplaying games. I draw an image of the character without clothes in Photoshop, then draw each garment in a different layer allowing me to mix and match different outfits as I please. Another image of Perdita is also in my gallery (Perdita the Magister), which is drawn using the same paperdoll base, although it looks very different. This image was drawn very quickly in an evening, and includes some quick and nasty Photoshop techniques to save time when adding texture, as I had some commissioned work to attend to. The outfit is a bit over-the-top, but it pleases me, as I love a bit of gothic goodness.

I love it! It seams that you have the same lovely model for these pictures...

:-) Andy Law replies: "Yes, as I mentioned in the picture description, both the images are based upon the same paper-doll image I drew for my wife’s roleplaying character. Basically, I draw the character naked, then draw any appropriate clothes as I require on seperate photoshop layers. I’ll see if I can post another image next week to make that clearer."
