I disagree, I get it...or at least what the whole thing means to me...but isn't it what art is for is the beholder...I think if you spell out what you mean in this picture you ruin the whole effect of it....Grest use of composition and the exprssion on the mans face is one that is priceless...doesn't he look like some one just rejected....

I think that the picture is very well drawn but I also have to point out one thing that doesnt look right to me and that is the mans ear, its way to high but other then that its great keep up the good work. Jon O'mara Yuen Harrison replies: "just had to say that he is leanining his head forewards slightly and if you run a line from the eyebrow to where the ear meets the head it is only slightly too high as opposed to WAY to high..."

Girl walks out to the sounds of a Cantina band and throws a few coins at the barkeep. "Sorry for the mess." Sorry, but this picture makes me think of that scene from Star Wars. Great pic.

12 Feb 2008	Im bored and blathering	Loading... so like the chic is afraid of intimacy and the guy is afraid of rejection? or is the chic afraid of intimacy because she is afraid of rejection and so is afraid to get involved and thus with the shooting? hrmn... he had a drawn gun too... maybe they are the same but the woman is just faster on the draw. either way i like the literal portrayal of "being shot down". girls do it to guys all the time verbally, even though sometimes i think they really want to shoot a guy down with a gun rather than with words. heh. nice job.
