This is Domabaem, he's a Wyvern... Um... he has 5 smaller different colored wyverns that serve under him (Il, Dul, Sa, Sam, and Dasos.) Um... he doesn't really have much of a story yet and I need to get around to doing a picture of him with his underlings... Okay then! Comments?

Uhhh...wyvern's don't have front legs. They have the limbs with the wings attached, like dragons, but have muscular back legs. They can't walk on the wing-limbs. Great tho!

Mrs Goggins is angry!!!!
WYVERNS DO HAVE FRONT LEGS, THEY DON'T HAVE BACK LEGS!!!!
DON'T ANNOY ME BY DRAWING A CREATURE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT, THEY ARE TO BE RESPECTED, SHOW IT SOME RESPECT!!!!!!!!

p.s. Mrs Goggins is to be feared ....BY ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will set my Wyvern after you! *gOg*

:-) Sandy 'Hawk Fangor' Moose replies: "Hawk: ... Erm... actually... Wyverns have back legs and thier front legs are replaced by wings... like a bird that's all dragon-like... I just chose to give Doma stronger muscles in his wings and a different sort of shoulder joint so he could use his wings as front legs to make it easier to walk... he is, after all, a rather large Wyvern and not all hallways are forgiving of long wingspans... Also keep in mind this is an older pic and I couldn't draw very well. I have since revamped Doma's wing/foreleg style to make his wings larger and more like wings instead of like forelegs with wings attached.

So, please, don't disrespect my art. I do alot of research on these creatures before I draw them and I'm pretty confident in the accuracy of my drawings. I am also allowed to take Artistic Licence. If you want to see my interpretation of a true Wyvern, look at my 12 Dragons picture. Falczu, the green one, is a Wyvern. The silver one who looks kinda wyvern-ish is a wyrm. The white one is a full dragon, you just can't see her hind legs from the angle she's at. I can nit-pic all day and I'm not in a particularly good mood right now. So I shall take my leave before I say something I may regret. Thank you."

Sorry, I made a mistake. I realised later that wyverns do have back legs, and no front. But they can sometimes be portrayed as the way I described-there is a pub called 'the Wyvern' the sign looks like the way I said-is this a different type of dragon, or a different type of Wyvern does anyone know?
