SciFi and Fantasy Art Winds of Gaia, West by Heather Carroll

This is part of a two picture ummm series(?). It's part of my story. My two friends and I each have our own characters and they live in the same world but in in very different places with very different lives. We call the world Gaia, so thats where the title comes from. Vala's country, Malvadoç is in chaos, but the small island on it's coast, where this dude is from, has managed to segregate itself from all that nastiness. He looks toward Malvadoç, knowing he left something behind.
