SciFi and Fantasy Art Arien in the Days Before the Sun by Heather Jean Ariizumi

This is Arien from J.R.R. Tolkien's The Silmarillion. She was described as tending the golden flowers in Vana's gardens before she was chosen to guide the vessel of the sun. This was done a couple of years ago as my second attempt at a picture with a background... took me forever. Looking back on it, I don't like it much... especially the colors. Bleh. But I put so much work into it so I thought I'd upload it anyways. \(^_^)/
