I did the sitting one first, while listening to short stories on NPR...or was it an audio book?**scratches head* I don't remember, anyways I like the style this one ended up in, the large head is intentional. She was nude but then I added the flowers for modesty, faerie magic makes them stick. <:) I did more than one of her but the second one of her flying is the only one that came close to the original's looks. Don't you hate it when you want to draw a character again and they end up looking totally different? I got lucky!
Scottish Humor: Jimmy was driving a removal van along a road in Argyll at top speed and realised - too late - that there was a notice at the side of the road which read 'Low Bridge Ahead'. Of course, he got stuck and created a huge tail-back of cars and other commercial vehicles. Eventually, a police car worked its way to the head of the queue and the local traffic policeman came over, having summed up the situation in a glance. 'Got stuck, eh?' said constable Campbell sarcastically. Jimmy, unabashed, replied 'Not really. You see, I was delivering this bridge and ran out of petrol....'

You really need to work on the head. It looks like a skyscraper

14 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note:Wow, I thought skyscrapers looked different, I guess the eyes are windows in a way...Anyhoo, I quote myself from the description: "...I like the style this one ended up in, the large head is intentional." Try reading the description next time... 12"

I really like these two little faeries. But, however, you do need to work on their head a little, they are a little to large for their bodies. Alright? Not meaning to offend, just telling what I think. But other than the heads, the bodies are GREAT!!! Keep up the good work!

6 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: actually they are one and the same, I really liked her so I drew her several times ( the first one was of her flying), these were the two best. No offence taken, it's nice to know what people really think. I personally still like the way her head is, it's a different kind of style for me. I do admit the one with her sitting looks a litte more more strange than the one flying. The long head rather matches the long legs, I needed something to balance her out a bit more since she ended up with a small upper torso ( rib to shoulder). 2"

I love this picture. I don't think her head is big, I think the hairstyle is. Beautifully so, lik the big teased up hair they wore in the 50's. The barrettes add to that feeling for me as well. Beautiful

43 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note : *bows* Thank you! *points* Big hair, see, its big hair!"
