My interpretation of the famous kender. 12/25/03: I finally finished a drawing of Tas and Flint I started last year! Yay! This is the first meeting of the two, I can't recall what Tas ended up with, so I made it a ring. Tas is saying: ' Oh, this is yours? Lucky for you it seems to have somehow fallen into my pouch. You should keep a closer eye on it, someone might walk off with it!' <:)
Scottish Joke: Sandy was only five feet tall. He reckoned it was due to his diet as a child - condensed milk and shortbread...

The pics are really good, but it wasn't really how i pictured Tas.On the first pic one of tas's legs were bigger than the other and he had a strange face expression. On the second one Tas was a bit to tall and he has no butt. Well don't listen to me everything is never perfect to me. Your pics are really good. Keep up the work!

2 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: Actually I'll listen to you because you've pointed the flaws out in a kind way, he does have some big legs in the one, and he is a tad bit tall in the other. Tas has always given me troubles, but I guess that is just what a Kender's job is! Thanks for being kind. <2"

As I have been reading the books I've realized Tas is pretty much invincible. I mean, how can you have about a second to activate the time traveling device. I love the look on Flint's face, it's the " What have you taken now" look. The only thing i didn't quite Like on the picture was the left side, he looks like a girl. Although I'm on the second to last book on the series, I never would think Tas as an annoyance. But what am I saying, great drawing overall. Although, the last I heard of A dwarf wearing a ring was I think the book of "The War Of The Twins" I think you should add more of the hoopak also.

18 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note:*looks at the drawings to remember what they looked like exactly* Wow, that is a really bad JPEG file...augh and I just now see I forgot the pointy bit on the bottom of the hoopak in that one. I notice folks aren't quite as picky about Flint as they are about Tas, it's like drawing Raistlin. <2 One of these days I'll get him right! Thank you for your comment!"

Awesome picture! It's so cool! ^^ Oh, you said that you weren't sure what Tas stole, it was a bracelet, but I'm sure he's stolen other things too. Anyways, I'm off to look at your other stuff.

1 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: A bracelet! Thanks for reviving my memory! 2"

The thing Tas stole was a bracelet. *looks at pic* This is a good pic!
Tas is taller than Flint, Renan Gross!

7 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: Thanks for the refresher, I should really read some of the books again! 2"

i love flint and Tas is the best. But i did picture flint with a little broader shoulders. The artwork is wonderful and i hope i have the chance to see more.

1 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: Thanks! I am working on another of Tas."

I picture Flint looking just like that! I've never quite gotten a clear image of Tas, but (no offense), I don't care for that particular drawng of him. Once again, no offense.

32 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note: None taken, I always appreciate an honset opinion. 2 *looks at picture* Either it's the compression, or I did a really bad job with his nose/mouth area..Eek. I like my newest picture of him better, and I am glad you liked my version of Flint. 2"

Tas is soooo cool (Flint was suposed to be a few inches taller than Tas)but the pic is great it realy shows there personalities (and Tas had taken a bracelet that lets you see the future not a ring) you have great tastes though!

17 Jenny M. Heidewald replies: "Jenny's Note:Was it a bracelet? Oh well. <2I keep thinking that Tas is taller than Flint though, I think I need a refresher on the kender heigts."
