One of my rare acrylic paintings, this one done in about 6 hours I think, non-stop work. I was trying out Golden Acrylics, they work pretty durned good, even if the scanner made the picture more yellow than it is. I am really happy with the way his face turned out, and I tried to make his eyes really intense to draw you in. :) This one was adopted through Portrtait Adoption.

Scottish Joke:An Aberdeenshire farmer's barn burnt down but as he was well insured he wasn't too troubled by it. Indeed, as he no longer needed that particular barn, he was looking forward to the cash payment. But when he got to the insurance office the agent was quite insistent that the company would replace the barn rather than just handing over the cash. The disgruntled farmer then said firmly: 'In that case, cancel the insurance policy on Maggie my wife. If she passes away I don't want any insurance company supplying me with a replacement.'

First comment nonsense...i don't think so!
he looks really good, definitly a whole heck of a lot better than I could do. His skin color would be good for Raistlin
