Tag As FavoriteComment		My continuing coloring experiments produced this. Fiddling around with a scanned in pencil sketch, I managed to find an interesting coloring technique. Too bad I'm not sure I can reproduce it! (Pencil and Photoshop)

Ok I'm new to computer art and I'm trying to find out what photoshop I should use like 6 for example, or if there is something better. Your art work is beautiful by the way; I wonder if you could help me out by advising what I should get or use. Thanks. E-mail me please.

:-) Teemu U Helenius replies: "Well, I don't like to advertise, but I find it hard to work with anything less than Photoshop 7 these days. But you can do all the same things with any PS from 5.0 upwards, 7 is just easier and "smoother". I have 5.0 at home, and this dwarf was done with it.Also, check out the Photoshop articles in the FARP, I think the one on realistic colouring of pencil drawings was good at least. Though maybe I'll do a FARP article of my own someday..."

^Um he's a dwarf though so he wouldn't have human proportions.
