	Call then satyr, faun or pan - they are certainly some of the most obscene creatures of greek mythology. I am quite happy with guy´s look! I made another picture of a jumping pan some time ago that I might post on elfwood eventually.

I like the pencilwork, ...and the way he staaaaares at you ^-^ I know him from somewere...did you sell cards of him at the fantasyfair at the Groenoordhallen at Leiden? Henning Janssen replies: "Indeed! I was on the FANTA magic fair in Leiden with the wishing cards (did you happen to have bought some, by any chance?) ... and the original was for sale there, too!"
28 Nov 2004	Wayne H. Hodge	Loading... I think this is a beautiful work of art. I love it. Why do you think that Satyr's were the most obscene creatures in Greek mythology? Is it because of their sexual appetite? It's been a long time since I've read any Greek Mythology but if memory serves me right Satyr's were a horny bunch of little devils. ^_^ Henning Janssen replies: "Indeed, Wayne! Well there would be nymphs, too, of course, but I think there is a reason that early christian church chose these servants of Bacchus to visualize their concept of the devil ...."
