SciFi and Fantasy Art Sesshoumaru and Kagome by Susan Hester Smit

Someone asked me to do a pic of Fluffy, er, Sesshoumaru and Kagome from Inuyasha, so here it is ^_^ The worst part was probably the kimono, since that's not what Kagome wears and I had the worst time scaring up some reference pics so that I could know what a formal kimono thingy actually looked like @_@ yarrr.... Also pretty much blended the decoration on the kimono out of various sources, not the least of which was my thumb =P But it echoes the pattern on Fluffy's sash, so it's all good ^_^ And yeah, the writing down the side actually ~does~ say 'Ses shou maru and Ka go me', in case you were wondering *g*

I totally love KagomexSesshy pairings, they are so cute because they are total opposites. ^^ I lvoe the shading you gave the uchikake (the thing that goes over the kimono, because the blue thing underneath with the green obi IS the kimono, not the one on top ^^) is so subtle, looks like real silk. And Fluffy’ obi looks really neat too. ^^ Great job!! ^0^

17 Dec 2009	Yuki	Loading... Okay, SessXKagome is a really bad crack couple. Yes, they communicated, but they DON’T HAVE ANY FEELiNGS FOR EACHOTHER! I personally like SesshyXKagura, and I hate it when people mistake it for Kagome. SesshyXRin is okay, but a little lolicon, but it would have been nice if it was when Rin grows up... Anyway, not trying to be hater here, but I don’t really like the pairing; Kagome doesn’t deserve someone as awesome as Sesshoumaru.
