| 10 Apr 2004 | Lisha Fu | Loading...Hello! Just visiting my neighbours in 605 (inspired by Judith who visited me first). Hey have you met Kelly Michelle Gordon from this gallery? Because I think you both have a lot in common, such as Egyptian themes and dragons. And I even have the same suggestion for you: I like the scaling on your dragon. If you take that and scale your dragon all over...the details will be painstaking but the results will be fantastic. (Oh and you have the same problem with your thumbnail coming out yellowish. Me too. Do you know why?) Meagan Loow replies: "to tell you the truth I haven't really looked at others in this gallery but I'll check kelly's stuff out! I agree with you the dragon would look more detailed if I added scales to all of itbut the original picture is about eight inches tall andfour inches wide (at the butt) and I don't think I can bring myself to put my hand through that kind of pain. lol. about the thumbnail. i'm not really sure why it did that... but what the heck I think it enhances the picture. I don't think that yours looks bad with it. but it does take away from the color of the dagger. hmm... have you looked at the help page-amaboger thingy. if they don't have anything like that shown maybe you should email them. anywho thanx for your comment!^_^" | |

The colored piece is really neat.. .keep up the good work! Meagan Loow replies: "Ok thnx I'll try to work on the shading thank you for the advice!"

Many of us tend to use a lot of stray lines which just make the picture feel very sketchy and busy. Meagan Loow replies: "thank you it's probably because I am relaxed when I draw them. I do think that my pictures aren't busy enough tho. thus the background on journey."
