	This picture is greatly inspired by Tolkiens Galadriel. But I also wanted to get a an older and more traditional picture of elves across ... the elves that travelers imagined they saw while riding through the evening mists of meadows and swamps ... elves whose paths are dangerous to follow for all but the lightfooted.

18 Dec 2002	MaryJane McCoy	Loading... Galadriel looks herself to be very "lightfooted" you came across well with that effect in this picture, it does look like she's tiptoeing or floating. This has a nice mysterious feel to it. Nice reflections of the trees in the water.

4 Jan 2006	Anonymous	Loading... i love how u use the colours and use strong outlines, like in art nouveau. it really gives it a mysterious feeling...beautiful.. (a better Galadriel than in the movie)U should still check out the proportions a bit more closely, u often make the legs too short, here also her arms are too long .
