This is Ignis, a Fire mage. He's showing off one of his spells, "Fire of the Dragon", which gives him wings and a tail of fire. I don't know what he's doing: trying to impress the ladies or indimidating someone. With his personality, it could be both ^^

Anyway, drew it the usual way: Pencil and inked by hand, then scanned in and coloured in photoshop 7.0
