for 1: The snouts are to long and flat, they just look like crocodiles with wings.
for 2: You can see through them, ensuring the fact that they're not real.
for 3: The flames don't even look like they're coming from its mouth.
I've seen wonderful painted dragons, great detailed drawn dragons, realistic oil painted dragons, and beautiful computer generated dragons, but this picture makes me believe you need more than practice practice.

A: Everyone has their own perception of all mythical creatures, nevermind dragons. This is just the artists vision of a dragon.
B: Maybe theyre not real. maybe theyre symbolic or something. Or maybe there ghosts.
