I especially like her hair and her eyes. I think her left arm looks wider than her right arm (from our perspective) though and the fold in the cloth of her dress confuses me somewhat on how her left leg is positioned, or where the knee is. Her right foot is drawn very well, I can actually "see" a foot slipping into that shoe comfortably; I have quite a bit of problem with that when drawing sometimes. You might try looking in FARP's hand photo references, I think there's one you can look at for the hand holding the flute.
I hope whomever this is for, they liked it. I do, she looks nice.
