Another deity from degonia.co.uk. Talmara the Blessed is Lady of the Forest. I was really very pleased with the way her hair came out in this one. This character's appearance is wholly my own creation, and not based on any other images or textual descriptions. The name Talmara the Blessed is used by permission.

She is beautiful! You have added so much wonderful detail and the shading is great. Lovely picture!

*sulks because her first comment dance was really a second comment dance*

12 Iain Scott Davis replies: "awww, it's okay. Your second-comment dance was kinda cool anyway. EVERYBODY gets first comment dances. "

I love her. Especially the way she looks old, yet young. And the way her face is not the normal fantasy-girl face. Good drawing. *pats drawing* *pats artist* *leaves, because she is CLEARLY too tired to be commenting* *returns to do her famous interpitation of the first comment dance. suggestive hand movements and a lot of struggeling with keyboards can be seen if you are brave enough to watch. it is not a pretty sight*

1 Iain Scott Davis replies: "I'm glad you said that. I REALLY was trying to make her beautiful, without being common, or ordinary. I didn't want her to look like a model. I feel like I did fairly well with that. Thx again for the comments 2"

What!? No comments!?! Okay, I'll comment, but first ::does first comment dance in smarty pants:: . Okay. This is another fantastic piece, the shading is just incredible and the hair and the leaves are just awe inspiring. Again please continue to keep up the great work.

She almost seems like a dryad... The shading is superb, shes more muscular than me... Which either makes her a little scary or me pathetic. i need to learn how to do hair like that.

:-) Iain Scott Davis replies: "I actually hadn't intended to make her abs quite so buffed out, but that's just sorta the way it happened."

My good!! You really know haw to draw a real woman, This pic is wonderful, She looks so pace full and also happy, and when a so her it makes me feel happy too, and obviously so impressed, you are so good.o_O

:-) Iain Scott Davis replies: "thank you for saying. This is one of the nicest, most enthusiastic comments I've gotten. 2"

She is unlike any picture I've ever seen on Elwood. Her beauty is... well I would call it uncommon. The leaves in her hair are a nice touch too.

:-) Iain Scott Davis replies: "thank you so much. This is one of my favorite comments so far 2"

I really love the shading and the clothes, pose, the leaves in her hair. Hope you won't mind a bit of constructive criticism 2 It just seems to me that her neck is a bit too massive and her shoulders and hips seem to be a bit small

The hair and anatomy is terrific!
