"Graveyard of the Undead" by Oana Taylor

I was inspired in english. What inspired me i dun know, but you get the idea.

The mist of death and darkness sweeping,

Over graves, and widows weeping.

Ghosts of souls long forgotten,

Shells lay limp, bodies rotten.

Maggots feast as flesh decays,

And for their rest the pastor prays.

But they will never feel the light,

As they are doomed to endless night.

22 Oct 2003	Velvet Memory	Loading... I have changed my mind, THIS is my favourite poem you have written. There is no word to describe it. It is so realistic, I suppose. You are very talented at rhyming, too. When I write, I cannot rhyme. All my work seems stilted when I do. Again, excellent work! Oana Taylor replies: "thank you. 14 Jun 2008	Jacob Bowdin	Loading... Hmmm, very interesting, I tend to over use that word, but it truly is. I liked, "The mist of death and darkness sweeping," that opening line was probably my favorite out of the whole thing. Nice imagery and description.
