SciFi and Fantasy Art Spider by Ilana R. MacDonald

This is the very first pencil drawing I've ever been able to show on the internet because I am without a scanner. However, I have a friend who did have one and was kind enough to scan a few pencil drawings of mine from my sketchbook. This was a sci-fi doodle which turned out quite well. I think my pencil drawings are much much better than my computer ones. I've had more practice. I should also mention that it is on the website of my band but without my signature. I am one hundred percent certain this spider-lady is contemplating occult matters, such as the unusual patterns doppelgängers leave on reflecting surfaces, or the sound you get from transposing crop circle algorithms into music. I really like your drawings! it's funny, because I had a dream about this one, last night... anyways, I'll tell you about it later... Keep up with the good work!!! Ilana R. 5 Oct 2004	Oliver Baldwin	Loading... You know, this kind of reminds me of something you'd find in a Heironeous Bosch painting... or maybe a Geiger painting... Which means that it is über cool! Ilana R. MacDonald replies: "Cool! I did a project on Bosch, and he's my hero. To even be put in the same sentence as him is a great honour."

19 Jun 2005	Melanie L. Wood	Loading... Have you ever seen the cult classic "The Brain That Wouldn't Die"? I swear this drawing reminds me of that movie. Sick, sick, sick...but ever so cool! You did great work drawing this and the shading is perfect! Brrr...now I feel like things are crawling on me. Ilana R. MacDonald replies: "Glad you like it!
