Dustin T. Inkster

Dustin is from Houston Texas and is currently trying his hand at fine art after a lifetime of cartooning.

I live in Houston Texas and draw, paint, and write in my spare time between working full time and raising two wonderful kids. I've always been a fan of fantasy art and I've generally applied that to cartooning (american comic and manga style). Recently I've had a new found interest in more traditional pursuits and I've dusted off the paintbrushes. We'll see what happens.

Interests
Besides art I also enjoy cooking, ballroom dancing, and science.

Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Movies and TV Shows
I like most of the usual stuff. I'm not much of a Star Wars or Star Trek fan but I love Aliens and that type of thing. As far as fantasy goes LotR is my all time favorite simply because after growing up with the books seeing it on the big screen took my breath away.

Favorite Fantasy/Scifi Books
"A Game of Thrones" is my all time favorite book even though at the time of this writing I haven't finished it yet (I can't wait to though!), but there have been many others.

Favorite Music
I like all kinds of music. If I had to pick a favorite (which I hope I never have to do) I'd go with jazz. I love Celtic Woman... what can I say? I'm a big nerd.
