This is an illustration, pure the image, no text and stuff.

This is the girl from the fairy tale: "Bluebeard" by Charles Perrault. (original title: La Barbe Bleue)

Bluebeard, who is her husband has forbidden her to go into this room. When he is away, her curiosity gets the best of her, and she wants to open the door. On the picture, you can see the moment that she hesitates, thinking of the anger she will recieve from Bluebeard.

I used a couple of different techniques for this image, but all done without a computer.

i don’t think so her expression seems very dull and bored, she more like saying: " what am i dooing here?" Anyway it’s a nice background but the difference of detail between the girl and the bakcground is to big 16
