"Ba" by Barbara L. Jacobs

Ba (who bears no relation to the green-skinned fellow) was pointed here on his birthday. He was surprised to find someone else with his name, but supposes that, after all, there are only so many syllables capable of being pronounced by human lips. He finds the picture to be interesting, and suspects that he would get along quite well with this other Ba. Of course, he'd be using the boy to make delicious pie, but different strokes for different beings of malevolent mien.

This is a very intruiging piece, Barb!

I just have to say it, though...He's MR. Clean & Jolly Green Giant's illegitimate love-child!! TOTALLY rocks my socks...

*ahem*

I must say, you've got attitudes down pat! You've given this work sort of a double-edge..

On one hand, the evil guy has captured poor Timmy. He is taking him back to his "lair". He is smirking with all the evil thoughts he has planned for poor Tim's future..
BUT
On the other hand, Ba is holding him in is arms, with special care taken toward Tim's wounds. If Ba wanted nothing more than to use Tim, wouldn't he just sling said Tim over his shoulders? It would certainly be an easier way of "carying the load". Also, one can see the swirly, smoggy clouds of death just CAKED about Mr. Green. Yet, they swirl to avoid both him AND his burden...

All in all, an awesome job! Keep up the simply ASTOUNDING work, Barbara...

Wow. This picture really makes Ba seem very, very evil. Eek! He's gonna hurt a kid! It takes an evil dude to do that. Nice work. Love the smoke.

Ba kinda reminds me of Yul Bryner from The King and I... except, yanno, green. I think it's the baldiness.

Good pic. I like the skull effects in the clouds/smoke. I didn't even notice them till the second time I looked at the pic, ha ha!
