| Oh, how love may be swept away from you even in the happest moments without warning. |
|
The light bathed their skin,
it slick and wet with dew,
they dance in each others loving arms,
their graceful steps taken with glee,
their bodies entwined, prancing on air,
their steps, short and fast,
the dew spots around them sparkle,
enchanting every breath,
they waltz along each leave of life,
they bow to each others grace,
their eyes lit bright,
so full of tendered feelings abroad,
the moon light beams,
blotch their face,
threw the willow tree leaves, they peek,
on the soft, gentle moss they lay,
the earth caresses their skin,
their bodies brilliant, in the moment,
one holds the other within,
the lovers take each others breath,
the tender kisses on pale,
the sigh of the breeze enchants the trees,
their melody plain to hear,
the whispering children of their tops,
smile down on the lovers hopes,
now the time is over,
once again they want to dance,
yet the moon is covered by the dark's cloud,
and they loose their chance,
one is taken, from the other,
their struggle was furious and fast,
they part on a flat note of the song of the forests last...
As the moon barely peeks once more,
gone they are forever,
the dew drops wont sparkle,
the moss still lay soft,
but no one to bask upon it,
the ginger steps are taken no more,
it's the end of loves sonnet.
