Hey, are you collecting these Mods Choice icons or what? Just kidding, it is well deserved. I think this is my fav of your sketches, I like the little creatures face on the left bottom..he could be a pet or something...!Yep I am..... got one just yesterday (no without kidding it is a great compliment but I find that there are people who deserve them far more than me) Thanks for stopping by and sorry for the long wait.

These are all simply stunning!!! The male elf, horned woman and big faerie have to be my favourites. Once again I say it, your shading is fantastic, you're capable of giving so much life to even small sketches with it. The sketches are very good, infact i like them very much. I shall attempt to use your shading technique..
Can i suggest that u try shading using a Very light layers of 4b or 6b, the use either a cotton bud or a rolled up tissue to smudge the area. This will give a much smoother effect than using your hands. More reaslitic when drawing ladies/girls/woman....gives a Model skin comlextion. Thats if u get my drift.

I a in the ukThank you Jaben for the compliment. I already use 4b and 6 b but not that much though I often find it too much if you know what I mean. I like to draw with one pencil and 2b is perfect for that. These are also just sketches so if any of these end up as finished pieces they will be done in more than one grade. I do use a tissue to smudge the areas but I find that my fingers do the trick for me nicely though. Thanks for the advice and come back soon.

I absolutely love your fleshy faeries! Your work reminds me of Alan Lee a bit. Keep it up!Fleshy faeries are the majority in the faerie world.... though people believe that the boney faeries are the real stuff they are mistaken, they are in fact the minority. Do you really think my work reminds you of Alan Lee, man that is one big compliment! I love his work..... thank you!

i would just like to let you know that i looked through your entire gallery and i am thoroughly impressed. Your juxtaposition of good and evil and your versatility as an artist is truly amazing. Also the characterization that you put into every face just told the story of the character and to me that is the definition of a good artist...being able to portray so much emotion through the work of your hand. well done
