I like fantasy thats believable. Like a real world, just somewhere completely different. Mundane characters in a fantasy world can be very interesting, But I agree a picture of them isnt always that exciting. However I find that there is lots of men that dont look like much, but almost never any females that look plain. Anyhow I wish you the best of luck with your art career. Frida.  Isaac J. I agree that mundane characters make great stories (literature), but that completely changes with comicbooks or even just pinups and covers, in the visual media you have to make things look interesting and epic. I run a D&D(3.5) campeign myself (Eberon esque with a few influences from Forgotten realms) and am trying to make the human race more appealing. So, I would like to know (and this may sound stupid) if the Amazon is some type of human (because you never really know). If not I'd like to know what they are. That would help me out alot. Thanks! They're just really buff, strong chicks, who are usually depicted as tall to.
