WOW you have a super awesome style of art , like a soft glowy colour type style of painting, you are very talented ! ; do you use a art program on your PC or is it done in a traditional way ? Iuliana Stefan replies: "thank you! the ’softness’ comes from the way i see (i cannot clearly see contours unless i wear glasses) all things are foggy, dreamy for me and so i try to paint them.
the method i used for the pictures here is mostly a hybrid one: i draw pics in pencil, paint them with watercolour or coloured pencils, scan them and use a paint program to remove skratches and improve contrast. in other pics i used digital light effects. othertimes i completely finish a pic in pencil (with shadding and all) and colour it using a computer program. the thing is that for each pic the final touch is ’melting’ the contours into the background..." | |

Do you use photoshop or corel painter ?
