| 19 Oct 2003 | Stephanie 'Ezz' Santo`Caballero | Loading...I love your pictures, so vivid and alive. I must say, your pics of Drizzt are my favorite, simply because I love those books so much. Perhaps you could try a pic of Drizzt, Guenhwyvar, Bruenor, Catti-brie, Wulfgar, Regis, and maybe even, or Zaknafien, Montolio, Belwar, Jarlaxle, Cadderly, or any of the friends they met on their journeys. I just think that would make for a good pic, and with what you have here it seems you could pull it off and have it come out real good. Well, keep up the good work. I love it all. Jay w simcox replies: "Thanks for such a wonderful comment.Im really pleased to know that someone who loves the Drizzt books so much, likes the work iv been inspired to do from them. That means a lot to me.I do intend to do pictures of all my favourit characters from the books in time, right now im working on a kind of heros and villians piece to watch this space. Thanks again for taking time to pass comment " | |

| 12 May 2004 | Alex Cupo | Loading...Hey can i give u a small tip: Usually scimtars can vary in shape and size... Like the ones pirates use are very close to what u did... But drizzt's ones are slimmer, and a bit longer, at least that's how they are portrayed in the books... Apart from that, your drizzt is really close to how i imagined him good work Jay w simcox replies: "Thanks for your comments about Drizzt. As a known character i do find reading other peoples ideas on how he should or should not look very interesting. What you say about his scimitars is a particular perplexing subject. You mention that his scimitars are described in the books as being slimer and long.Having read all the books myself i have to say i dont actualy recall either weapons general shape being described at all.If perhaps you refer to Todd Lockwoods cover art as a referance i have to disagree, they look more like Katanas to me.But then, thats just my opion.Anyway, thanks for your show of interest. Thanks for droping by." | |

Good to have you here in cyber space. I still get the odd visitor to my corner of the woods, but to be fair I havent posted any new material for a while so i guess that explains the lack of new comments.
