Just a pencil drawing of two of my favorite Palladium Fantasy characters. On the subject of the unnatural hands... I believe most are refering to her left hand. That's probably because the scan is lighter than the actual drawing and you can't see the shading on that hand. It's not flat. However the one that's not quite right her right arm. I put it a tad too low.

WHOA. What a body that fellow has. Someone's been to the gym. Very cute, lovely pencil work there. I only can see one teeensie little thing, her eyes are a little bit to close together. The common spacing is one eye-width apart.

To me these all look like you had models. that just me. -_-

:-) Jacob Walker replies: "I find this comment odd and the lack of a name again makes it smell very trollish, but I'll comment. The comment seems to be negative, as if using a model or some other source of resource for drawing a picture some how makes it less skillful. So by that token all the greatest artists of our age, and the ages before us, have no talent. They used models and still do. To portray the human figure with as much realism and accuracy as possible one must use models or atleast photographic resources. Knowledge of anatomy and proportions can only take an artist so far."

Strange, first thing I saw was that her eyes are too close together and I probably wouldn't of noticed the hand had you not said anything. 2 I'm terrible with hands, I have to redo mine over a few times sometimes... it's frustrating. Who cares if you used models? If you did, then great but not everyone can afford models nowadays. Usually I'll "borrow" a pose from a magazine add but that's if I really can't think of anything and even then I improvise the pose or face with my own features. Anywho, I'm rambling, I really love this drawing, it reminds me of me and my fiance. Wonderful!
