This is my character from our sanctioned Hackmaster group - Clan of the Cursed Dice. He's an 8th level Fighter, closing in on 9th, high master with bastard swords and increadibly strong. Mechanical Pencile on 11x14 paper. Cleaned in Photo Shop. Note: The runes on his sword spell out in English, Stormhammer Clan but probably dosn't really mean any thing at all.

WOW!!! This guy is truely awesome and I love those swords. Do you ever model for any of your male drawings? I ask because from your bio pic you certainly look to have the looks and the body to do so if you wanted to. All of your art is just great. I've put you in my saved places so I can come back here and see any new stuff that you may post.

:-) Jacob Walker replies: "Thanks, well not sure this comment will stay up... for some reason when they updated my gallery this picture vanished from my picture list, it was supposed to be replaced with an updated version, and one of the other pictures I uploaded just vanished."

wow! the sixpack! MAN!!! the sixpack!! too bad he's gay right? he looks gayisch..8

:-) Jacob Walker replies: "I often wonder what looks "gay" but seeing as he's my PC and I'm not I don't play him as such. Infact he's pretty serious with No'Namé. Quite an interesting couple, Uber's 6'7" and 285 lbs while No'Namé's 4'5" and 91 lbs."

The only thing I don't like about this picture, is how the folds in the pants make it look like he's wearing hotpants.

His abs dont have the compressed look that would come from that pose. Other than that, great job

Not again. Props for the excellent detail, don't get me wrong your work really is beautiful. And this time it really looks like you tried to spell something out... I can't tell what's behind the tip of his other sword, or the symbol fourth from the end (it doesn't exist as a rune to my knowledge but perhaps you found a bad source). This is what I came up with: StarmHammer?lang. I put a ? in place of the non-existent rune. I appreciate the apparent attempt, and I'm so sorry you're catching the blunt of my frustration in people's ignorance to sacred symbols, but you're the first one I've been able to say something to.

Please don't hate me, I really do love your work. The tattoos I see in a lot of your pieces are intriguing - I've always been a fan of tribal!

By the way - sorry, my other comments had my old e-mail on it, this one's updated!

:-) Jacob Walker replies: "Your comments don’t bother me. I attempted to just do an English alphabetical translation and obviously my source was not 100% accurate. The thing is I could search and search and I’d find 100 different translations for each rune, whether by dialect or any of a hundred other reasons. So while I trust your translations are as accurate as your understanding of the runes so was the translation directly from my source. And I don’t remember the exact dialect I chose for my source either so I can’t offer that to help clear up any translation issues. And no I haven’t consistently stuck to the same dialect or source for my translations so that might be another issue. The runes on Bjorn’s belt were taken from actual, supposedly actual, Odin holy symbols so I thought they were a good choice but I didn’t translate them before hand. He is a cleric of Odin after all. The only thing I changed about the symbol is I removed the four legged horse and replaced it with a tribal image of three drinking horns. So don’t worry, you haven’t insulted me or any thing."

Hey, where's the dude who commented on "unnatural twisting"? He's needed here... Great pic, otherwise. Just can't get over the way this huge fighter is walking like a ballerina! lol I love it thought. Keep 'em coming.

Very well drawn. Love the tatoos and the swords. He looks like he has to pee12 And also, just like with a few of your other male warriors, it seems like the crotch area is overemphasized. His package is bulging noticably, and it looks like the effect was intentional. The material around it is stretched and straining, and the crotch seems framed by the sword positions, line of the pose, muscles etc. Looks like a model going down a cat walk rather than a fierce warrior. Well drawn, but almost seems like it was a commisioned work for a gay guy. .... um.... no offenced intended12

I can't believe that nobody's mentioned how strange his right pectoral looks.
