'Jhal could go no further. The freezing cold made every part of his body burn with its bite; he could no longer feel his toes nor his fingers. The wound in his side throbbed, weakening him more. Now, he could trudge on no more. His trembling body was caught by the wind. It fell, with almost no sound. It didn't matter anyway, since the only ones around to hear it were the silent ancient mountains that loomed near... But someone heard. Someone had been watching... The great wolf watched with keen eyes until this strange figure collapsed in the snow drifts. Then, wandering close with caution, it nosed the creature. Its heart still beat. Its back rose very slightly beneath the thick folds of green cloak. The strong scent of trees, of moss and damp earth permeated these clothes. It did not seem dangerous at all... Aldric usually killed those he found on his peaks. A bitter resentment was strong in him for the people he had left behind. Those who distrusted him for what he was. Stepping back, Aldric folded himself and something peculiar began to happen. The fur grew thin, disappeared, until he was no longer a four-legged wolf of the mountains, but now he took the form of a person! His bare feet clung to the snow with no feeling in them for the cold. He was impervious to it. Taking the fallen figure into his thickly muscled arms, he made off swiftly for the storm was growing stronger with every moment. There was a cave nearby that he could make for, and once there perhaps he could revive this pale being...'

The exerpt is from my story, or what I've written of it so far. I don't know why the picture's green. o,o I saw it in my dream that way, and so I did it...

You write stories from your dreams too? I think this piece is beautiful. Not just the picture, but every part of it. your story is so incredible it makes me want to cry, and I’m not sure why. Keep up the good work.
