Thank you for visiting my site so long ago. Haven’t been able to update in a looong wile (years and years), but I am, at least, finally able to comment on your page! *happy dance!* Your ideas are extremely nice and well thought out. It shows in the final product. Its wonderful!
I hope you like constructive criticism… It seems as if you have difficulties at times with foreshortening (except with Kael the Angel piece. Magnificent!), and in most of your pieces it is hard to tell where the light is coming from. Try thinking of your subjects as shapes instead of the final product. This will help you with perspective, shading and shadowing, depth of field, proportion (sorry, I’m studying to be an art teacher and I know that I can be a little annoying with my criticism). We all have to work at growing in our art (I know from WAY too much experience of my own). Oh my goodness…. If you did what I pointed out, you would shame us all with your excellence!! I can see the hard work and thought that you put into your artwork and you are truly amazing. Good job!!

I doubt i'l ever be good enoughto put people to shame but i do try to push myself and improve and the better i get the more i enjoy it and after all isn't that why we do it? Thanks for your wonderful comment"

James! Ah, it's been sooo long since I've even entered this site again! But I did add a new sketch which I actually did at a request and didn't spend much time on it, but it's new! That's gotta count for something...

Very good all around. I love the fearless shading and nice collection of subjects. Great work on the armor, it contrasts well and really looks like it belongs.

I would love to see you try adding gilding to the armor, or engraving, to give it a little less of a monolithic surface.

Hey there! I finally have another addition to my gallery. And I'm actually fairly pleased with it. Check it out if you have time.
