According to the AD&D book I used this is what a kobold looks like in that world. Well the kobolds in the book were not as cute as this one. And I have to admit I think he looks very much like a dragon, too. "

| 14 Jan 2006 | Anonymous | Loading...It's great the way you showed texture just using black and white! One little thing... I think maybe the girl is a tiny bit too short. But that's only my opinion on proportions (and I'm not too good at that myself) so I might be wrong! Congrats! Jana Weijers replies: "Thanks for your comment. Sifra is a half elf, so she is supposed to be shorter than a human would be. " | |

| 14 Jan 2006 | Anke Wehner | Loading...That's some great inking you did there. I love the way you used solid black and a variety of textures. Jana Weijers replies: "Thank you! I love to work with black and white! " | |

| 16 Jan 2006 | Hott | Loading...Nicely done. Though refering to a coment above don't kabolds have a little dragon blood in them? Don't know, excellent pic though. Jana Weijers replies: "Interesting idea, about kobolds having a little dragon blood in them. It would explain a lot about their looks. Thanks!" | |

The thing i noticed originally were the black and white colors, but the more i look at "in the inn", the more i realise how beautifully designed this is! I especially like the way in which an illusion of space and volume is created with relatively simple lines in the background. I also like the detail on the floor of the inn. The shape on the left of the dog's hind leg looks like a wild flower to me, and i spontaneously get visions of beautiful grassy lands and flower beds. Though every time i look at the shapes, i see something completely different. It changes every time i look at it. Jana Weijers replies: "Thanks, I'm glad you like it. (The dog is supposed to be a goat...) "
