When Dhowran grows fatter, he also gets man boobs. Elfs do not grow fat. And because Lethmirlonia, where they live, is an isolated elf city, they have never seen a fat man before. The elfs had no idea men could have boobs. So one day, when Dhowran and his family went for a swim, the elf girls spotted him. After giggling amongst each other for a while, one of them approuched Sifra and asked her if she was allowed to touch Dhowrans boobs. Sifra said "Yes."and laughed.
