SciFi and Fantasy Art Merry X´mas by Jane Tsai aka Elf

This is a X'mas CG I have done for my website and my friends, so there are two versions. This one (the one you are looking at now!) is sent to my firends and friends' sites. There's another 'limited edition'(or the wall paper version) which was displayed in my site til January 31, 2002. Oh well...There wasn't that much of difference....just so you get to look at the complete dress = =ll) Hm...Merry Late Christmas...i guess by the time Elfwood starts to upload pics...it will probably be Easter already...= =llll....(oh, by the way..this is my site's 3/5 mascots..(- -ll)...oh well...I guess everyone knows Lynn..XD...and the other two..wahahahaha..(run away)....

19 Jun 2003	Cybele Alexandra Baker	Loading... Excellent color and quite nice illustration, you have a great deal of talent, I do have some comments though. The center character with the purple hair has two problems that stood out to me when I first looked at this picture: 1. Her ears are so huge and do not look like they are a part of her head but more like some large plastic things sticking out the side of her head. I think this is also in part due to the fact that her face really looks odd with those kind of ears. 2. Again her head is one size but her body/breasts look so large that it really looks ungainly and just odd physically. Your colors are really lovely but you used so much red I think it overpowers the image and you lose some of the details of the 3 characters, you might want to think about lightening or doing a slightly different back ground color in future illustrations since so much of the foreground has shades of the same color in it as well it just all meld together and only few points really stand out. Still, a very nice picture! Thanks for spending time giving me comments~^^ Yes, I noticed that the ear is a bit big after you've mention it..^^ Actually, the huge use of red was the purpose..^^" but I think I should handle them more carefully next time^^
