SciFi and Fantasy Art Hupa by Tammy Janeen

Okey, how I came across this was I was trying to draw the Southern Oracle from The Neverending Story (love the book, hate the movie), and this is what I came up with, and I am calling it a Hupa, don't question me! She looks like she's happy crying, and the reason for that is, she is chained (I bet you noticed). But she is chained for the fact that she carries all the weight of the world. Which doesn't explain why she's happy, but I think it has to do with the responsibility, and bearing what nobody else does. This is a pic for Shane.

But you are right. I could draw the voice and just have a piece of blank paper, but they wouldn't allow that."
