I dont think the dwarf loks angry to me it seems that he has strong facial characteristiks rather then wearing an angry face.

I don't know if anyone cares any, but if I remember right, dwarves are terrified of horses. They will not rid them to save their lives. Otherwise, the pic is icredible! @o@

Love it! Very nice work on the horses. And, maybe it's just me, but I think the dwarf looks a little like the dwarf from LOTR. Anyways, very nice work.

aaaaaaaaaawwwwwwww, this is very very sweet...2!!! how a dwarf can still be soft and gentle with animals, even though they’re grimming all of the time...;-) very sweet, yeah, and absolutely perfect shading... great job2!!!

The horse is all young and bouncy and he is older and more... weathered... no longer as innocent... but even so they are friends, can communicate.

Grelwin’s origins had him riding a "war ram" early in life. As his story unfolded Grelwin, being taller and more lean than the average dwarf, learned to ride more "size-appropriate" mounts. As he approached his eventual retirement, Grelwin found solace in tending to many a creature on his lands. Janet captured exactly what I was looking for in this image. She is exceptionally talented.
