Not much to say. I sometimes enjoy reading fantasy with a lot of politics in them, but don't seem to see much fantasy art for them. (Watercolors on cold press, approximately 22 x 15 inches.)

This is fantastic. I really enjoy the colors, the sunset atmosphere, and the landscape.

I recommend Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen and Kushiel's Avatar, (in that order), by Jaqueline Carey for political type fantasy.

The Kushiel series is great! I just finished it as a matter of fact. There is a lot of inspiration in those books for beautiful artwork just like this piece. 2

I really like the perspective in this pictures. It's like a triangle that pulls your eye directly to the center of the piece where the important action is taking place.

The details...the color...the light and the shadows! Wow...you executed this perectly! And I agree that there ought to be more more pictures in fantasy novels...your artwork should be chosen!

That's a sight seldom seen. At least, by me. I forgot that castles have those. At first I thought I was looking at 3 giants walking between two walls. Which sort of shows how the characters are nearly always considered more important than the setting... Even tho castles take forever to design, let alone build! Those about to rock salute you.

The girl is gorgeous, and I love her outfit! By the way, I wonder if "smocksmocksmocketc" is into "Calvin and Hobbes"? There's one incident where Hobbes is annoying Calvin by chanting the word, "Smock," over and over.

the girl rox she looks kind of angry yet sad and the way the man watches her looks like he is in awe of her. the way the birds are around her is great
